About The Event

Only 8 spaces avaialable.
Full hook-up RV camping within a short walking distance of the show rings.
Each hook-up provides water and 30/50 Amp electrical service.
Reservation is good for three nights (9/19/24 - 9/22/2024). Total fee is $189 ($63/night).
One reservation per person. No spots can be saved for another.
Individual night reservations are not available.
Gates will open at 10:00 on Thursday, September 19, 2024 for initial parking assignments.
Gates will close at 11:00 P.M. Gates will reopen each day at 6:30 A.M.
Checkout is after BIS on Sunday 9/22/24.
Parking locations are determined on a first come, first served basis. Grounds Chair has final
say on all RV parkining assignments.
Vehicles parked overnight in any RV parking sites other than their own will be charged $60.00 per night.
Additional car and van parking at site $5.00 per day.
No refunds will be given for spots purchased.
